Prices include American breakfast for 2 person/in the villas for 4 person
Prices include all taxes and service charges


Extra bed : 700 baht/include breakfast
No charge for one child under 12 years of age, if staying with the parents and do not require an extra bed.
Extra American breakfast : 150 baht / children 6-12 years
Extra American breakfast : free / children 1 - 6 years
All rooms and bungalows can accommodate a maximum of  3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in one extra bed.
The villas can accommodate 4 person + 2 person with 2 extra beds
Pick up from Samui airport: 600 Baht / trip / up to 3 person (as we are on the other end of the island)
Transfer to Samui airport: 600 baht / trip / up to 3 person
Pick up service from the Lipa Noi ( Raja Ferry )  and Nathon ( Seatran Ferry )  is free of charge

Our Policy
A deposit of 30% ( non refundable ) is required to secure your booking.
 

Peak Season
A deposit of the full amount is required for the peak season from 16. December to 15. January
A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for the peak season from 16. December to 15. January

COMPULSORY GALA DINNER ON 31. DECEMBER 2008
Adults: 2 000 baht
Children 6 - 12 years: 1 000 baht
Children 1 - 6 years: free of charge
